Clarendon Public Schools invites Arkansas Licensed companies to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) for full turnkey installed sports lighting system including electrical, demo of existing poles and fixtures (to be left onsite for Owner), foundations, erection of new poles/lights and laser aiming. Bidders shall install LED visored fixtures to provide a minimum of 68 aiming points to achieve 50fc on the field and egress lighting. Fewer aiming points will not be accepted. Bidders shall provide four 70’ above grade steel poles AASHTO rated for the Clarendon, AR area. Poles should at minimum be a total overall length of 80’ with a minimum burial depth of 10’. An Engineer stamped foundation design will be included with execution of contract. All pre-wired crossarms, remote fuse distribution panels, surge protection and disconnects shall be mounted on the poles. Bid bond, sales tax and performance bond shall be included.
RFP should be sealed and submitted to the Office of the Superintendent, Clarendon School District, at the address of 316 N 6th Street, Clarendon, AR 72029 by 10:00 am on March 5, 2024.
Project should be completed by June 30, 2024.
